The Advanced Water Treatment head office is in Downham Market, East Anglia and over the past few weeks we, like many areas in the UK, have had a mix of sunshine and thunder storms.
We have also had some shocking updates recently regarding the price of mains water, did you know for example that OFWAT have announced water rates will rise above the rate of inflation for 2011/12, up to 8% in some areas! Water is expensive and the situation is not set to improve. Not only is mains water so expensive, but 30% of treated mains water is used to flush toilets, this is drinking quality water that people have paid for, used to flush their loos!
This got me thinking... Why don’t more people take advantage of the water that falls freely from the skies?!
