Delivery Information

We endeavour to keep delivery cost as low as possible and our rates are calculated in accordance the with current rates of our couriers. Within the UK, this is by Royal Mail and there is a choice between 1st Class Recorded and the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service. Outside the UK, this is normally by Royal Mail Airsure, or International Signed For, again with full insurance of the purchase price. We may use other couriers for larger orders, but in all cases the full purchase price will be covered by insurance.

To estimate the delivery cost for your order, simply add the items you are interested in to your cart, go to your cart and choose your country from the dropdown list, all delivery costs are based on the weight of the items chosen.

We pride ourselves on a prompt delivery service, and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, see below for cut off times:

    • Monday - Friday orders received before 2:30pm will be despatched the same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday will be posted on the following Monday

Depending on country of the purchaser, this will then give an estimated delivery time of between 1-3 days within the UK and 3-5 days for the EU, and upto 10 days for the rest of the world. In the unlikely event that your package has not been delivered within 5 (within the UK) or 14 days (to other destinations) days please e-mail sales@newit.co.uk with the relevant order reference for us to pursue.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.  
All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped to you. We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.
